Is this what you are looking for? Il Pioppeto. Outdoor travels in Europe, focussing on low environmental impact and a connection to the local. Perhaps it is.

Trips are organised to include everything necessary, leaving participants free to focus on the experience in itself. Away from distraction, a different point of view. Time for yourself.

It might just be
what you
need.

The trips on this site are organised by Tino, a kayak and bicycle guide from the north of Europe that found himself at home in the Alps quite a few years ago. Having always dedicated a large part of his life to the outdoors and travelling, Il Pioppeto was born from this passion combined with a curiosity of figuring out what an actually sustainable society might look like.

If you are interested in going to places that remain with you, experience different ways to see the journey, and discovering what it's like to take a step back and slow down, you've come to the right corner of the web.

Travelling with Tino was a reassuring confirmation that nature still exists and is beautiful. The trip was occasionally hard work, but it's also a great feeling when the outcome of your holidays depend on your own arms and how judiciously you packed your bag before leaving. Recommended for everyone, except those who prefer lying on the beach doing nothing.
